Why can’t I add more toppings?
Providing our customers with properly cooked food is important to us. We love toppings too but when we over top our pizzas we risk the cook ability of our product. We have a 10 toppings maximum on our "Create Your Own Pizzas".
My Pizza is late! Who can I call?
To confirm your order has gone through or to check the status of your order, please call your local store for assistance.
How can I make a change to my online order?
To make any changes, additions, or corrections to your online order please call your local store directly. If your order is ready for oven or ready to deliver when you call the store to change the order then you are not able to change your order. To avoid any inconveniences please review your online order before submitting it.
What payment options are available through Internet Ordering?
When placing an order through our Internet Ordering system you can choose to pay with Credit or Debit. All of these payment methods has to be made online while online ordering.
Can I save my debit/credit card information for future online purchases?
Currently we do not store your debit/credit card information on our site for future online purchases. You must present your debit/credit card at the time of purchase.
Am I able to change my account information?
You sure can! Make sure you are logged into your Martino'z Pizza account first, then to change your account information simply click "My Account".
How can I tell how much I'm being charged for delivery service?
The charge for delivery service is included at the bottom of your purchase, underneath the GST/HST.
What is future/advance ordering?
Future or advance ordering enables you to set a time in the future in which you would like to receive your order. If you do not check the box indicating that the order is for a future time/date. You are able to place a future order for the current day. If you would like to place a future order for the current day, you are able to choose time increments of 5 minutes as long as the time you enter is within the hours of operation of your local restaurant hours and at least 20 minutes later than the current time. We also accept orders for future dates! If you would like to place an order for a different day, you can do so up to 7 days in advance.

Who can join Martino'z Rewards?
Legal residents at least 14 and over of all provinces and territories are eligible for the program.
How do I join Martino'z Rewards?
To join, visit www.martinozpizza.ca or Martino'z Pizza Canada mobile app.
How do I start earning points?
Online orders of $10.99 or more (excluding tax and delivery charge) will earn a ten digital point. Limit one per day, points will appear within 24hrs after your order.
How do I redeem my rewards points?
After signing into your account, you can redeem your rewards pizzas or sides through your Loyalty Wallet.
How do I get credit/points for past orders?
Points can't be received for past orders.
Can I use my reward to add extra toppings?
You can upgrade your reward to add additional toppings for an extra charge.
Is there a delivery minimum on reward orders?
No delivery minimums do not apply to reward orders.
Can I transfer my reward points to another account?
Reward points will stay in the same account and cannot be transferred to any other account.

How can I find out what's on the Martino'z Pizza menu?
Simply browse the menu on our website. Ensure that the location you have chosen is correct, as the availability of items may differ from restaurant to restaurant.
Is there Wi-Fi access in your Martino'z Pizza restaurants?
Many of our locations offer Wi-Fi to our guests. Please contact your local store directly to confirm whether they have Wi-Fi available.
Does Martino'z Pizza offering catering?
Yes, Martino'z Pizza does provide catering and options for larger groups of people! In order to view the options available and prices. Please contact your local store by call or email.

Where can I purchase Gift Cards & E-Gift Cards?
Martino'z Pizza Gift Cards can be purchased in any Martino'z Pizza locations. E-Gift Card can be purchased online by visiting Martino'z Canadian mobile app or Martino'z Canadian website.
Can I redeem a Gift Card at any location?
Martino'z Pizza Gift Cards can be redeemed at participating Martino'z Pizza Canada locations.
Where can I check the balance on a Gift Card?
You can check balance by visiting Martino'z Canadian mobile app or Martino'z Canadian website.
Can I redeem a Gift Card for online ordering?
You may use your gift card online, over the phone or in-store.
